In just seven years, Cycle for Survival has raised almost $20 million for research on rare and underfunded cancers. Very sadly, 2013
will be the second Cycle for Survival without my dear friend, Jen Goodman Linn, founder of the event. Cycle for Survival is a celebration of strength, courage, vitality and endurance in the face of adversity. I will continue to cycle until Jen's dream, of a world where Cycle for Survival is no longer needed, is realized.
100% of every dollar raised by Cycle for Survival goes directly to rare cancer research at Memorial Sloan-Kettering. To date Cycle has funded more than 25 clinical trials and research studies across various types of rare cancers, including brain cancer, lymphoma, pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer and pediatric cancers.
